At Continuum Goods, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days within the United States,
depending on your location and the product. Some items may ship sooner.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout where applicable.
International orders may take 10–25 business days depending on the destination
country and customs clearance times.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order
contents. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update
in the carrier's system.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains items from multiple suppliers or fulfillment partners,
they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive
individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties,
or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our
product or shipping prices and are outside of our control.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Continuum Goods is
not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the
customer. Contact us immediately at support@continuumgoods.com if you need to
correct your address before your order ships.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and around all entry points of your home
2. Contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number
3. If still unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at
support@continuumgoods.com and we will work to resolve the issue
