At Continuum Goods, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely 
satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible 
for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the 
original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items (including print-on-demand 
products) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@continuumgoods.com with your 
order number and a description of the issue. We will provide return instructions 
within 2 business days.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval 
or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 
business days and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that 
original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of 
delivery at support@continuumgoods.com with your order number and photos of the 
damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will 
ship the correct item and cover all associated shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please 
initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, first check with your 
bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you still have not 
received your refund, please contact us at support@continuumgoods.com.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and are 
not eligible for return or refund.
