SHIPPING

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates
• Free standard shipping on all orders $35 and over
• $4.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $35

We believe in transparent pricing. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay — no surprises.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (such as major holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally, though we hope to expand in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it's still missing after 2 business days, contact us at support@continuumgoods.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

RETURNS

Our Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are:
• Unused and in their original condition
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Not marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@continuumgoods.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using the method provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days

Return Shipping Costs
• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: we cover return shipping entirely
• All other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required in most cases.
