ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99. No hidden fees at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future — check back or sign up for our newsletter to hear when that changes.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also log in to your account and view order status from there.
I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails occasionally end up there. If it's not there, contact us at support@continuumgoods.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout and we'll look into it right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at support@continuumgoods.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@continuumgoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions within 1 business day.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return required.
I received the wrong item. What now?
That's on us and we'll fix it immediately. Email support@continuumgoods.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll get the correct item sent out at no cost to you.

PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster in the future.

PRODUCTS
How do you choose your products?
Every product in our store is selected based on quality, value, and genuine usefulness. We look at materials, function, and whether we'd actually use it ourselves. If it doesn't pass that test, it doesn't make the cut.
A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
Possibly! Email us at support@continuumgoods.com and let us know what you're looking for. We'll notify you if and when it becomes available again.
Do you have a physical store?
Not currently — we're online only. This lets us keep our prices low and our selection focused. All orders ship directly to you.
